To be honest, I don't remember much of it; it was just filled with a lot of love and light. It was such a privilege to know Marria. She was fun, vibrant and so cool. I appreciate that my mother still has all my relative's addresses. I am getting my cards ready to send out and was missing a few mailing addresses. My parents' generation is the keeper of the record, so to speak, in the family. Thinking about it now makes me think of my grandma, who was matriarch for so many years. I love and miss her so much. I still have a connection to her but would love to hug her one more time. I appreciate that I am breathing, talking, walking and laughing. Sometimes it is those little things that really count. LOL!
