A Good Movie …

Julie & Julia

Today I Appreciate….

  • A Good Movie – Last night Carol & I watched Julie & Julia. I loved this movie! I don’t do horror or sad movies… This movie was light, funny and had a message. For me the message was you need to commit to yourself… take the time to commit to yourself and you will find what you love.

And… Meryl Streep was excellent as Julia Child

    • A Good Dinner – We watched the movie while we were eating dinner… Which was a good thing as I promise you – you should not watch this movie if you are hungry – there is food everywhere! We had rib eye steaks, asparagus and potatoes…. with lots of butter – just like Julia Child would like it! 😉
    • Good Company – It was me and my honey ….. it doesn’t get any better than that!

Full belly and Full spirit — all the cares of the day .. just wash away.

I appreciate an awesome parking spot this morning!

I appreciate a warm coat, warm gloves and a warm scarf. *shiver*

I appreciate finding the perfect birthday gift last night. It is cloth-covered, a deep cherise, with beads and a mirror inside. It was a bargain too. My friend will love it!!

I appreciate my wonderful little car. It has done wonderfully in the snow so far this season. It is reliable, has good gas milage, is fun to drive and has excellent cargo space. I am blessed.

I appreciate that the store took my coupon last night even though I didn’t have all the documentation it said I needed. Getting that $10 off made my evening!

Yes - I Appreciate that too! Thumb up 0
