I appreciate tht we can get together. I like these people. Also, I'm going to have my bones re-aligned today, or whatever chiropractors do. Thank you, Dr Deb. And I appreciate my pets today - well, every day - but today I spent a little more time with them. They are so giving....... I appreciate cough drops. So soothing for a scratchy throat. Hurrah! I appreciate the little tool Ellie gave us to help us shift our vibration. I have been using this tool the last few days and have been feeling a shift (physically) after applying it. I feel that there are some things I'm "on the brink of" shifting; a lot of resistence is occuring and this tool is slowly shrinking it down! I appreciate all the little things Mick does for me. He is wonderful. I appreciate staying in, hunkering down in my jammies and relaxing, reading, watching tv. I really needed the down time this weekend. It felt good.
