Doctors, Dis-Ease, & Relief

I Appreciate the Doctor

Today I Appreciate….

  • Doctors – I’m not a person who goes to see the doctor… No I don’t go for checkups and I actually don’t have a doctor.. But today when I awoken and felt horrid again… I knew I had to go as this infection has been going on for over 2 weeks. I called a doctor in town – they gave me an appointment this afternoon.

I went in and this doctor was pleasant and brief. I told him I have a sinus infection – he agreed – listened to my heart and lungs – gave me a script for antibiotic and said this should knock this out. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. That is my kind of doctor!

  • Dis-Ease – Is just that – “my ease is being dissed” –  This manifestation of dis-ease has certainly made me aware of the vibrations I have been sending out. This illness that I have had has been concentrated in my head and I can tell you I now am aware I have been in “my head” too much and not in my spirit enough! While I would have preferred to catch it before it got this far…. I am glad I am able to now “see” where I was going and where I need to turn my attention.
  • Relief – This antibiotic will cause these symptoms to subside… as they subside I will much better be able to turn my attention to feeling good and be more aware of tending to my spirit and not get clogged up in my head!

Are you taking time to tend to your spirit?

Hey Ellie – glad to hear you are on the road to recovery!

I appreciate Oreo cookies. Man, they are good. I don’t eat them too often, but when I do it is such a treat!! It is a pleasure to have a few with milk. What a great snack!

I appreciate this little burst of warm weather we are having. It feels delicious.

I appreciate that my boyfriend has offered to buy pizza tonight. We have a lot to do tonight and after Tuesday’s car repair bill I am happy to oblige him!

I appreciate Freecycle on the internet. Tonight we are picking up a 4-drawer file cabinet, which will really help me organize at home. For free!!! Hurrah!!

Yes - I Appreciate that too! Thumb up 0

I LOVE Oreo cookies – Double Stuff!! 😉
Thanks for the tip about Freecycle – I just looked and there is a group here in Schoharie County — good to know as we have some stuff we would like to get out of the basement!

Yes - I Appreciate that too! Thumb up 0
