How great that you posted this Gayle! Today Carol & I were just talking about those little birds … wondering if they all made it … I had meant to ask you and forgot. Apparently you “heard” my question as here is the answer!

Soooo great to know they all survived … That would have never happened without you & Wes… as I had no idea what to do for them…

Wonderful how we all came together… just at the right time!

Hello, Carol and Ellie!

I know your original post is over a year old, but I thought I would let your readers know what happened to the baby birds. Yes, small world, isn’t it? Those three little nestlings wound up at my house, as I do baby songbird raising for NY Wildlife Rescue Center. They grew and thrived, and turned into three lovely house finches. When they were old enough for release, they were transported to a perfect place, where many of their own species frequent. Today, they are wild and free finches once again … all thanks to your heart of giving, and really, really good timing!

What do I appreciate? I appreciate you! (And so do those little house finches!)

Today I appreciate that I had the opportunity to visit my ’2nd’ Mom, Moo (my best friend from high school’s mother) when I was in NY for Mother’s Day weekend. We had a lovely afternoon together of laughs & stories both old and new. Memories that are serving a wonderful balm since receiving the news that she crossed over this past Friday.Moo was a woman filled with joy and is now reunited with her beloved husband of 65yrs. who passed 2years ago. I so appreciate knowing that Puddy is back to arranging lovely cocktail hours for just the two of them and simply adoring being together.

I appreciate the great feeling of joy and wellbeing that was with me on my ride to work today – and many days. In the vortex – for no good reason – just feeling great!

I appreciate the beautiful spring we have been having this year – warm and sunny. I love it!

I appreciate our new kitties – Hector, long haired all black little guy with pointy ears that remind us of the ” Te quiero Taco Bell” Chihuahua and Little Bear, who’s a little chunk of a russian blue with a big huge purr.

I appreciate the down time we’re experiencing at work – it’s nice to not feel harried or under the gun.

I appreciate that Melissa Etheridge is coming back to The Palace this summer – it’s such a perfect venue for her

I appreciate the coming of summer and all the glorious weather we’ve been having this spring.

I appreciate the burst of color that the clematis is making along our back fence.

This weather has been “in the vortex” weather – so enjoyable and appreciated.

A friend and computer guru is building a new system so I will inherit a faster computer. I am so axcited about that and can hardly wait for the arrival — several more days.

I am very pleased with the way my business is moving – I appreciate that.

I appreciate being in the vortex more and more frequently. It feels great!

Today I appreciate this beautiful day – sunny dry hot – I love it

Today I appreciate getting home early enough to play in the dirt…not great for my manicure but oh so good for the soul

So many things to appreciate………I appreciate my work friend for arranging a group dinner tomorrow for us.

I appreciate my LOA friend Sydney, who put me onto a perennial gardening class – exactly what I’ve been looking for. And we get to take it together!!

I appreciate the beautiful day today – another day of house hunting with my real estate friends.

I guess friends is the common denomenator here – I appreciate my friends!

And, I paid my last bill for this month today – I appreciate that obligations are satisfied.
