My Answers

You have your own answers

Today I Appreciate….

  • Knowing I have my own unique answers…. There was a time I believed others knew what was best for me… Hmmm well I guess what really happened was I was told others knew what was best for me and I eventually believed that!

Thing is – I didn’t really believe – not deep down inside — it was my head that was believing it and my gut/soul/inner voice wanted nothing to do with that idea – that’s when you get that inner conflict.

Eventually I came back to realize I do indeed Have My Own Answers! Not another person knows what is better for me than me!

This is the first thing I tell all my clients “I do not have your answers. You have your own unique answers and I will help you uncover them.”

Does that mean I have nothing to learn? Quite the opposite – I love to learn – I love to hear other people’s opinions – I take it all in — I digest it — and then I decide what resonates with me. That is *my answer* which may be very different than yours. 😉

Are you listening to your inner voice, to what resonates with you? You have your own answers and they are being given to you everyday – Take the time to listen… and to honor them.

I appreciate that my apartment is insulated enough that I have not had to turn the heat on. Which in turn means a lower energy bill. And that to me is a good thing!

I appreciate that I was able to get my car inspected on short notice last night. I had made an appointment with a tire place to get my car inspected; however when I got there they told me that they ran out of inspection stickers. I felt a flash of anger, let it go and went a couple of doors down to another tire place where they were able to service my car. The manager was really nice and accomodating.

I appreciate that my boyfriend has such a dear heart. He really loves me and always tells me this. He loves to hug and kiss me and tells me that I am pretty. It feels really good.

I appreciate that most of my co-workers who maintain a negative attitude have drifted away from me, refraining from “dumping” on me. This is because I work at seeing the positive in the situation and as a result, their influence is no longer in my “sphere”.

Yes - I Appreciate that too! Thumb up 0

I appreciate the State Trooper who stopped me this morning for speeding and only gave me a summons for a missing license plate (which I didn’t know was missing). I love to go fast. Obviously, society doesn’t like it when people speed. So, I will be using the cruise control (which I really appreciate) other than on the highway, and I will replace my missing license plate. Thank you, Officer!

I appreciate planning for fun things. I’ve been on the internet making plans for a trip. The process has been exciting and a lot of fun.
