Then the contrast of the beautiful clear blue sky this morning was breathtaking. It reminds me that all things change in the blink of an eye. I appreciate feeling good in my body, feeling strong and confident. I appreciate all the little LOA strategies I have learned. I appreciate that no matter what, everything is going to be okay. I appreciate the beautiful morning I got to experience on my walk this morning - even the geese were inspired to flutter through the pond at the top of the road, singing the whole was across. I appreciate having the house to myself for the next few nights. I appreciate knowing that since things always work out for me and I am riding a wave of wellbeing that I will easily fall asleep and sleep soundly, safely through the night and wake up totally and completely refreshed every night alone in the house. I got dropped off right in front of my building and it was wonderful! What a luxury! I appreciate the alone time I will have tonight. I love living with my bf and value my time with him, but I lived a long time alone and now truly appreciate the alone time I get. I appreciate a good meditation.
